Lyrics
Intellect: We shed tears for the ones who ain’t here And say peace for the ones who ain’t here Kids gettin’ shot ashes stored in the pot Aint no type of family so they bangin’ a block
We trying to see change can’t be blind by the facts We want to stay the same but we can’t do that Roadblocks on the road don’t mean the road stop Cause we organize for better and it go non stop
I spit bars for the ones who can’t be heard And im walkin down my block see these families hurt But the system don’t care so we hold weight For the working families who be makin’ that change
I do it for the people and the art of the respect But the Phiippines is in trouble why we gotta neglect But I don’t understand why its patience it takes For the world to know the flaws get the masses awake
Hook (x2): To all my people in the Philippines, ONE LOVE To all my mothers stressin’ over bills, ONE LOVE To all the brothers in the streets killed, ONE LOVE I shed tears for our loved ones, ONE LOVE
Intellect Verse 2: I shed tears for our loved ones when bucks come Run cause police gonna pull those guns The government control and release disease It’s increasin’ on the streets so peace ain’t in reach
But we never know a good thing till’ it’s gone We lose dogs and homies to things so small Kill off society the lives that we take The real question in our minds is who do we blame
As the hands of time turn we strive to rewind On the blocks teach the youngz make way for the blind Im like hands up cofinement hands cuffed But we gotta wise up in our minds it’s like times up
It’s one love for the struggle and cause For the families in the hood who ain’t got nothin at all But im survin the times through pennin’ the rhymes You know its a struggle in these days and times
Hook (x2): To all my people in the Philippines, ONE LOVE To all my mothers stressin’ over bills, ONE LOVE To all the brothers in the streets killed, ONE LOVE I shed tears for our loved ones, ONE LOVE
